shareEmilio Estevez's directing career should be way more prosperous than it is. Problem is (A) "Men at Work" may have made money, but it got him a lot of flak from critics. and (B) Estevez doesn't care about making it into the spotlight as much as making a film his way. So he'll continue giving good films, but with much less exposure than he deserves.
shareMaybe he isn't given enough credit with directing. Both Wisdom and Men at Work were critical and box office bombs.
