I know he's not afraid (phobic) of homosexuals. Whether he likes or approves of them or not, I couldn't care less either way. Like most straight men over forty, he probably has a live-and-let-live attitude toward gay men, and doesn't waste much time thinking or worrying about them.

Elliott referred to The Power of the Dog as "a piece of shit" as far as westerns go, continuing by saying that the film was ripe with "allusions of homosexuality".share
