She was on Lucifer tonight. I didn't even recognize her! What the hell happened to her?!! Saw a pic of her from supposedly last year and she looked like she always has. But tonight I could swear it was in no way her!

shareSadly, I have to agree. She was ageing just fine, but now seems to have gone and had so much work done that she is practically unrecognisable. And it is certainly not a flattering new look, unfortunately.
When will people realise that ageing brings out the natural character of a life lived on your face, and that this isn't something to be repelled by, but instead should be proudly embraced? we earn every mark and wrinkle, they are the battle scars of life, and not something to shy away from. I mean people are free to do whatever they wish with their own bodies, of course, but I've never seen a face that has that plastic 'too much work done' appearance about it yet that looks more attractive, more natural or alive or characterful, than someone who has aged at least semi-naturally. Looking one's age is not a sin. And no amount of work done will ever really recapture your younger self, chances are it will just make you look like a faker, more plastic version of who you are now.
I find it all a bit depressing, really.
I did notice her right away on Lucifer but that might have been because I just saw her on Jessica Jones and had the same reaction. I only wondered if it might be her because of her voice and her mouth.
