Ridiculous request

I stumbled across a gif at some point, and I absolutely do not know where it comes from. Does anyone know where to find where this gif was taken from? (It's nothing bad, I promise, just a very exuberant-looking Willem Dafoe.) This is really dumb and an absolutely ridiculous request, but it bugs me that I don't know what this is.

LOL! It's from a funny short film, called "The Procedure", from around 2007.

It also has Will Farrell in it. I think it was done exclusively for the internet or something. It used to be on youtube.

The whole film is about 5-7 minutes long or so.
