What happened to him? he was one of my favourite child actors and he was so cute back then with the pale porcelain skin, clear big blue eyes, cute little red lips and blonde hair, he was just a doll. I can't understand how a cute little boy like him turned into a very ugly adult.

I couldn't have put it better myself. He was truly adorable as a kid, ok ill admit when he looked like that, i wasn't even born yet. But still your 100% correct.
NATHAN GAMBLE is a little GENIUS and i want him as my little brother.
He was a really cute kid, but I don't think he looks that bad now. He still looks really similar to when he was younger.

Well.. that is what happen after going trough the ritual of puberty lol ,when it's all done you never know what you will end up looking like.
I know a lot of kids in my school that were popular because of their looks and now they are not so much..
Devon Sawa,Haley Joel Osmend,Macauley Culkin ..I feel sorry for these guys because they are criticised for something they had no control over..
There are ugly kids who becomes good looking adult just like there are good looking kids who becomes regular (dont like to say ugly) looking adults..Mother Nature can be cruel or kind , what's for sure is we cant control it...

Puberty is not ALL to blame. The choices you make in life play a big part in the outcome! I dunno about Haley Joel Osmend, but Devon Sawa did some hard drugs in his twenties. He gave them all up, thank god, but the damage is still kinda done. Although he's back on track now, but he still looks a little older than he should.
Everyone starts out as cute, but it's up to them if they wanna remain like that. But someone who smokes or damages themselves in some way is not ganna look as pleasant afterward.
