Needs to return to body-horror.

He hasn’t made a true horror film since Existenz. He needs to go back to making balls-to-the-wall crazy sci-fi horror like he did in the 70s and 80s. With access to bigger budgets he could make something really disturbing. Although I think he now considers himself “above” all that and is now an artiste.

I don't know. Maybe he's said what he has to say on that subject.

At his age, he probably doesn't have many movies left. He should follow his inspiration.
