What character is she playing, have you found out anything regarding that?

Apparently is Valérie Wiseman. It does look like Glenn Close though.

I actually think it's Glenn Close, isn't Kultiran played by Valérie Wiseman referring to some one from Kul Tiras.

It is indeed Glenn Close. They have her uncredited on purpose, it was meant to be a surprise I suppose. And it was, in fact, a pleasant surprise.

She was Alodi, the first Guardian of Tirisfal. In lore Alodi is male. I like Glenn, so I didn't mind the change as much as some did.
