I got this and it has every one of his movies except for "The Producers" and "Dracula Dead and Loving It". I am wondering why these weren't included.

Different companies. It is also missing Life Sucks

You mean Life Stinks, but you are correct. They are owned by different companies and therefor could not be included in the same set.
