Hi, i've been wanting to see more of Alec's performances. Weather it be main characters or side. I've seen The Hunt for Red October and The Edge. What are some other ones worth watching?

shareReally liked his supporting work in The Departed, The Cooler and Glengarry Glen Ross. He's also good as a lead in Malice (with a fantastic monologue). If you're willing to consider TV also, he's absolutely terrific as Jack Donaghy on 30 Rock.

Check out Prelude to a Kiss, State and Main and The Last Shot. Perhaps not his most famous work, but it shows his great comedic talent, especially in the latter two. The first is a very sweet romantic fable.
Martin Scorsese IS the best
Glen Gary Glen Roas, he destroys it. The movie is great, and it has some killer dialogue, but his opening scene is fantastic. The Cooler and Brooklyn Rules he plays a sociopath in both. And he's really good in them. The Departed and The Aviator, he has small roles in both but still he steals a ton of scenes. Dude is underrated.
