How come her daughter Willow has her last name and not her dad's Craig Scheffer? Anyone know? Maybe they had a bad break up or something? I saw them in a movie a few years ago together with Chace Crawford, I forget the name of it, something son, idk. But they must have still been together then?

well, it happens, that when women get knocked up unmarried, they pass their surname to their kids, not the one of their sex-partner

And sometimes it happens whether or not the mother and father are married the child's surname is the same as his or her mother's. It's a personal choice.
