According to friends on the A&E bio. she very much wanted to have children, but was unable to conceive; instead she focused on raising her stepchildren.

that's so unfortunate that she couldn't conceive and have her own natural children though having her stepchildren probably eased that pain

yeah and IVF wasn't available when she would've been at her peak time to have children so she focused on her stepchildren which was noble of her as being a stepparent is never easy

Boopvamp I think Xs meant Emphysema which is a lung disease that involves damage to the air sacs (alveoli) in the lungs.
