Why is he still listed at 6'4 when he actually is closer to 6'2.

I could buy 6'3, maybe, but 6'4 is a joke.

6-2 1/2 is what IMDb states. The 6-3 1/2 he is quoted as claiming was his shoe height.

I'm trying to understand why anyone would give a shit whether he's 6'4" or 6'2" or 5'8.375".

Because it makes him look silly when he is not the height that he is listed at. Affleck is not the only one either. In fairness to Affleck he claimed 6'3 and maybe he is that on a good day
