I wouldn't say he redeemed himself, because there was nothing to redeem. Afflecks acting was not the problem with the Daredevil movie. He has always been a good actor and he didn't need the role of Batman/Bruce Wayne to prove it. That said, he definently nailed it in BvS. And I'm really looking forward to seing him in Justice League and the upcoming Batman solo movie.

Yes hes my favorite Batman of all time now.
