Honestly what they should do with this is make a new Die Hard game. Imagine a free roam game based around Die Hard 3 with Samuel L. Jackson. And heck they could go all in with the controversial racial conflicts which would make the game so unique. Like you can choose to play as either Willis or SLJ and have to hunt down various criminals or stop stuff from occuring in a limited time.
What you choose will determine how the city views you i.e. a vigilante or on side of law.
