i just watched moonrise kingdom, and I was amazed by his performance. I really hope that he does more of those types of roles in the future, because he was really touching in mk. I like it when action guys step away from their usual genre and do something like that. He hasn't had a hit in a while, and I hope his next performance features the same things that he did in mk.
shareI always recommend my friends watch him in Mercury Rising. If women aren't into action films (one of my friends is, but the rest are more chick flick fans), then they'd like that one. Bruce works well with children, and it's nice to see his softer side.

Yes, I like his performances in "Moonrise Kingdom" or "Death Becomes Her" (or in the tv show "Moonlighting") much more than those he had in action films.
