Why does it concern you how tall other people are? By the way, both Marky and Cruise are taller than me.

Men don't have to be 6ft to be lookers or sexy or courageous or kind or loyal or funny, or any other virtue you might name.
I find small men attractive and tall men attractive. It's called having a mature,balanced outlook.

I think everybody knows how short he is. I've seen just about all of his movies and he never looks taller than 5'8.

Lots male actors are below 5ft 8ins., and hasn't harmed their careers and why should it, for goodness sake. Look at the late Paul Newman & Steve McQueen, currently Dustin Hoffman, Al Pacino,& the list goes on.

Newman and McQueen were both 5'9-5'10.

The sites you checked out are wrong. Just look at pictures of either one of them. You can clearly tell that they are not short.
