She was impressive in Pulp Fiction and (especially) Tape but otherwise I have never really been a fan. Dangerous Liaisons is her best film but I don't think she brings all that much to the table even there.

Kill Bill is, without a doubt, a top-three for Uma Thurman, and Pulp Fiction was just wonderful, too.

I liked her a lot in Les Miserables, but I feel like I'm missing some important pieces of her filmography, too. Lots of people are mentioning Tape, for instance, and I haven't seen that. I also haven't seen Dangerous Liaisons or Gattaca. Without having gone through some of her more-lauded films, I'm hesitant to declare expertise here.
