Why is NO ONE talking about…
…how Will Smith slapped a Russian reporter’s face back in 2012? If you don’t believe me or don’t remember, just YouTube it. This man has a history of assault and homophobia that everyone is conveniently ignoring.

shareI totally remember that. What a weird situation that was.
Smith has committed two slaps, so I wonder if the Academy -- and the greater award shows associations -- will draft a bill titled "Three Slaps and You're Out" Law to prevent any further slapping?
The difference is the Russian guy deserved a smack. He encroached physically and overstepped. All he got was a little tap on the cheek.
Chris Rock deserved none of what happened. All it would have taken is a few words and he would have retracted and apologized.
It was a bit more than a tap, as the audio captured from the side angle shows. Either way, he was an excited European reporter. Will Smith completely overstepped. The man has zero control over himself.
shareFrom what I've seen the 'reporter' was a Ukranian prankster/troll. He purposely went after a reaction, and he got what he wanted.
It was plain as day he wasn't the slightest bit bothered by the tap, because that's what he was going for - he would have kept going until he got a decent shove at the very least, that light smack was just gravy.
Yeah, I remember that event too.
shareHistory of "assault" and "homophobia"? Will Smith not letting some stranger overstep his personal boundaries & inappropriately put his mouth all over him is homophobia now? Surely you're trolling. That light backhand tap he gave him showed incredible restraint. The Oscars incident was nuts but I'm not convinced that it wasn't staged.
