For safety reasons, only brawny Rock types will be allowed to host the Oscars. The Rock, Momoa, Hulk Hogan etc. Noone is gonna bitch slap them

I DO NOT THINK THE ROCK MAKES THAT JOKE...BUT IF HE DID...WILL SMITH WOULD HAVE SAT THERE AND TAKEN IT...QUIETLY.
