Claims she was raped after college by a movie industry person

At the risk of being accused of 'misogyny', at this stage I'm wondering, has anyone *not* been raped? Or is it just a fact of life for everyone?

The idea of rape sickens me, and any man who commits it, disgusts me, but if *everyone* has been raped, it almost lessens its horror. Once again, I'm sorry if that sounds awful, but I wholly condemn every man who commits rape, but compassion fatigue *is* a real thing, and, like I say, if everyone has been raped, it almost robs this awful crime of its horror. It makes it seem like an every-day occurence that everyone has to get through once in their life.

And before any self-righteous types try to condemn me, a warning, I *have* been sexually assaulted, and a boy tried to rape me when I was 12, so be very very careful before criticising me. 😠
