He did have a project earmarked since around mid 2020, called 'PRIMARY TARGET' (starring Scott Adkins, Michael Pare....and more worryingly, Michael Madsen) directed by some guy called Massimiliano Cerchi (cough, cough!) But I'm unsure if this DTV project was cancelled, due to Covid (plus it didn't help that Adkins was seemingly oblivious to it, during his own 'Art Of Action' interview with Seagal in late 2020?)
