Beetlejuice? Seriously? They deliberately made her look like a goth/emo reject for nearly the entire movie. She was "cute" & "pretty" in a few things but never really "hot" that I recall. She was a rare case of an actress, who got by largely on her looks while largely downplaying her sex appeal throughout the height of her entire career from the late 80s through the 90s. I was never a big fan of that short "pixie" cut she was so fond of in the 90s.

I wouldn't say hottest as in most atrractive, but she was ridiculously cute in Alien: Resurrection.
