What was her official excuse?
Painkillers? WWII? Slepwalking? Insomnia? Dissoccociation?Johnny Depp is the best thing that's ever happened to Winona. Is it possible that she's even less apologetic than the Archdiocese of Boston?

shareThe real question is what is YOUR excuse? (for being an a$$hole)

That is indeed the real question. I think the answer is a severe untreated personality disorder.
In a way you're both right: she was behaving like an ------- which also signifies a severe personality disorder...
So, to answer the question, MY guess as to an excuse would be that she wanted attention.
Now she's a convicted felon. My name is James Boland and I approve this message.CGIIs it possible her director told her they were filming on location (like Mannequin) and that nothing's gonna stop us now?
Never mind about her arrest and her criminal record and her standing as a convicted felon, I want to know why her mug shot was never publically released. I looked for it on The Smoking Gun years ago and I could never find it.
Why is that? Every other celebrity who got arrested, their mug shot is public record and everyone can see it. Why not hers?
I want to know this. And as far as I can tell, her career never *really* recovered from that infamous 2001 incident. She still got work, but her position in Hollywood was gone. It was over and done with. Plus she revealed that Mel Gibson was a homophobe and an anti-Semite at some point and claimed that "nobody believed her". So? So the hell what? Did she think that we couldn't have figured that out about him on our own? Please!
I'm over her. She's done, she's finished. That's all there is to it.
How is she finished? She's just been in a hit series in which she received first billing. Yes, she probably won't be a pin-up again but that doesn't mean her career is completely over.

shareAs far as the mug shot - you might try sending a letter to the L.A. County District Attorney's office. Maybe they can help add to your collection of everything Winona. That would be a rare artifact indeed - and would be great to add to the thousands of Winona photographs and memorabilia you have plastered all over the walls of your creepy little house.
Far from being "over her" - you sound obsessed.
