Weird stance and posture in Thor 4

It doesn’t seem natural. It could be to do with her armour, maybe they added a back brace in there to make her shoulders appear more jacked.

But it doesn’t look natural. It looks more like when you flex in front of a mirror.

Well, she's new as Thor. If I'm suddenly a Thor I'll flex as if I'm in front of a mirror wherever I go.

When she was in her armor, her character was around 6' tall and muscular. IRL, she is 5'2" and barely weighs 100 pounds. So I think your issue is more with the CGI than Portman.
