He should make a new Austin Powers that spoofs the overly-dark and serious reboots of action movies like the Daniel Craig Bond Films. Austin Powers could act super-serious to the point that it's hilarious.

Goldmember just milked the series dry and any 4th movie would have just tainted the series as a whole.....
I think enough time has passed now that the time could be right for Austin Powers 4..... problem is, once Mayers goes on to his next project, he very rarely backtracks later (bar the odd special appearance).
12 years have passed, and though he still says he wants another movie, that is an awfully long time and I have my doubts that he knows where to go with a 4th movie.
