And as for the women, they want to run with the boys but also want to be treated like delicate special flowers. Guys will call each other shrimp dicks, gimps, fat, fruits, whipped, all kinds of personal stuff and everyone takes it as a joke, it's not nice. But it's the male dynamic that women feel they need to so desperately be a part of, until a joke is sent their way of course, its a sexual harassment catastrophe then.

It might be more that he's one of the main actors, in a majority of scenes, and thus the movie cannot keep going without his participation. Though if that is the case, that doesn't mean the allegation could not turn out to be very serious.
