She probably did it to show how normal it is and to encourage breastfeeding. Womens boobs aren't hot all the time throughout the different stages of their lives, give them a break!

Oh please, breastfeeding has been normal for centuries. This is a contrived attempt to stir up fake controversy. No one is stopping women from breastfeeding.

My mother and plenty of other mothers breastfed back in the sixties and seventies and not once did she ever tell someone to get Polaroid camera out and take a picture of her breastfeeding her babies.

In this stupid age of attention whoring, social media and selfies, people will use any excuse to make an issue out of nothing. In other words, this is nothing more than, "I'm breastfeeding my baby, but hurry, take a picture of me doing it so I can overshare with everyone on social media and then act
"fake outraged" when anyone does anything other than praise me for doing it", stupid kind of nonsense.

This last sentence says it all. And you can replace "I'm breastfeeding my baby" by any kind of forced or fake situation that desperate celebrities would put themselves into to get some lame attention.
