You've made an understandable mistake in thinking the poster you replied to was talking about Ronald Reagan and just made a typo, but there actually was no typing mistake. The poster was saying that Madonna hasn't been a virgin since the days of Ragan the Mighty - tribal chief of the Wesahawnee Cave People.

I'd assume Madonna hasn't been a virgin since the Carter administration. Possibly the Ford administration.

The song says “like” a virgin not “I am a virgin”. It is about a romance that makes her feel “shiny and new” again.
