Needs to direct again

Don't hold your breath. He's only directed seven full length films and just three in the last 39 years. Me thinks he's done.

He's a talented dude but directing is not his thing.

I would like to see him write and direct a stand alone Star Wars movie. At least we know it would be original.

I am not sure about directing, but I would love for him to have shot at coming up with the basic story of another star wars film. After seeing the TFA I would love to see what he had planned himself, he was clearly unimpressed with what came out.

I'd like to see him write and direct an animated film.

Something where he didn't have to work with actors. He's known to be the worst "actor's director" alive.

No we don't : the last thing we need is more old senile people ruining their legacy by making terrible movies, haven't you seen what Ridley Scott has done with Alien ?

We need young people, but they need to have the BALLS that these old directors had back in the day. There is serious lack of testicular prowess in Hollywood these days: that's why we get pussy movies all the time, and they all suck.
