She's been in her 50s the last 30 years.
In the 80s she looked young, but once the 90s hit, she looked about 50 and then didn't age a single day the next 30 years.

shareThere's a few actors like that, Patrick Stewart and Angela Lansbury come to mind. At around age 30 they stared looking mature without looking any age in particular... and they kept looking indefinably mature for the next 50 years. They never seemed to change!
That's very useful to an actor, they can play the same grownup roles forever and ever, they just don't age out of their wheelhouse.
True. Has Morgan Freeman ever looked young?
shareNot that I recall, and I'm over sixty!
I guess he also belong on the list of those who are not forever young, but forever... mature.

1971...FREEMAN WAS 34...HE SPENT TIME IN THE AIR FORCE BEFORE HE STARTED ACTING...BY THE TIME WE STARTED GETTING HIP TO HOW AWESOME HE WAS IN THE 1980S HE WAS ALREADY IN HIS 40S.
Yep, still old.
shareWhoa she's 58....I thought she was 45-50.
I remember thinking she was way too young to be Supermans Mom in Man of Steel, but actually not really.
Still totally hot.
I never thought she was hot in the 80s but she's hotter now.
shareI think she’s been really hot for like at least thirty years.
Damn, some wine ages well!
I agree; I think Diane Lane remains a stunning lady. Forget cougar, we have to elevate her to Panther.
Joking aside, I do prefer Diane Lane past 30; less sullen.
I disagree; she has the same lifespan as anyone, and didn't get cute by trying to stay beautiful. I so glad I randomly picked her out from TV Guide back when I was 9 and at the dentist (this was 1985, so this was her " Streets of Fire" era).
