She doesn't age
She looks very much the same in Hellboy as she did in The Fifth Element over 20 years ago.
Damn.
I just got back from seeing Monster Hunter. I can say that for 45 years old she looks pretty damn good. Relatively young-looking and fit. Gotta be good genetics + a healthy lifestyle.
