Finally figured it out. I have old music on VHS I listen to every now and then. She was on Conan O'Brien singing Gentleman Who Fell and every time she was on I wondered who she was. Well I watched The Rules of Attraction and heard that song. So I watched the credits and saw her name. I would of never guessed it was her. Here she is singing Gentleman Who Fell.

You should also take a look at her Performance in Austin, its haunting and even more beautifull then the Devine Comedy on CD.
Her album The Divine Comedy is one of my all time favourites. I always thought it was a shame she didn't pursue her music career further. She's a surprisingly talented folk singer.
