"She clearly does her own stunts in her movies." Nope. In the Ultraviolet commentary, she mentions her stunt double. She's not a martial artist, she's a film action star, there's a difference.

Her stunts mostly consist of poses and slow-mo stuff. In RE: Extinction, even jumping from one platform to a shipping container 5 feet away was shown in slow-mo to make it look cooler that it actually was. She's entertaining to watch, but let's not get carried away thinking "wire work" is equal to martial arts. Carrie-Anne Moss also did a lot of wire work and slow-mo work in the Matrix movies -- doesn't make her a martial artist either, and that movie had actual moves she had to learn, like the scorpion kick that was also shown in the behind-the-scenes.
