I know, it's pathetic. However, I have seen 22 of Tom Hanks's films (7 on the big screen) so it's not all bad.

LOL, nah it's a start. I've got all of Tom's movies on DVD except for about three or four. I've been collecting for over 10 years.

I cancelled my obscenely price-gouging cable about 15 years ago and put all of that money into carefully shopped DVDs.
My collection was as meager as yours early on; now it's up to more than 100 TV series and 500-plus movies.
It helps a lot that I can't stand the overload of annoying ads ruining live TV, always have to mute them and would miss half the show forgetting to look up and see it had resumed.
If your serious about collecting I suggest you start up a collection app. I use My Movies Pro for IPhone. My collection link is below, but needs up dated with Tuesdays new releases and looks much better via phone.
