Thinks Britain should apologize for slavery

Britain outlawed slavery over 200 years ago and took a greater role in abolishing the Atlantic slave trade than any nation on Earth - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blockade_of_Africa

There are slave markets in Africa today. Why is Whoopi silent on that?

Don't be silly. The only slavery in world history took place in the southern part of the United States when they raided and stole whole tribes of Africans
