The dumb thing about celtic people's telling of history is that they try to blame germanic males for all the evil of colonialism but it is obvious that celtic people were the main ethnic group to kill and enslave and rape indigenous people.

There are Irish, Scottish, and Welsh pride peeps who are somewhat fluent but their pride is based on appreciation of their heritage not some nationalist wet dream.
I'm 100% pro independence for Scotland, Ireland and Wales, if that's what their nationals wants as a majority. If I were a Scottish, Northern Irish or Welsh national, I suspect I'd want independence, and, so, as someone born in England, I perfectly sympathise with that desire. It makes complete sense to me.
What I *do not* sympathise with is ethnonationalist superiority, and any notion that one race/ethnic group of people is innately superior to another. By all means, I support political and geographical independence, but NOT the idea that the Scots are innately superior or fundamentally different to the English or Welsh etc.
