Principal Joe Clark in "Lean On Me". He was obnoxious, power-driven and rude. Even if the portrayal was dead-on, I still don't like it.

What about movies like Ben-Hur, Lucy, Transcendence, or any movie where just phones it in like he's been doing lately?

My pick would be his wise Moorish sidekick in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. I guess it was good for exposure and his bank balance, but SUCH a thankless role, and in a pretty lousy (but hugely successful) movie.
