The guy also clearly has a mid life crisis going on with his aging looks and other problems. No wonder the relationship just didn't work. Sure Amber has her issues too but she was clearly out of this guys league. She could do way better than him.

shareMen are not rated by the same criteria as women. With women, looks is number one. With men its status, even though Depp is clearly not ugly. Depp is also vastly richer and more successful, more respected in his craft and just generally a more interesting person than Heard. If anything Depp is out of her league and i'm not even a fan of his.
