Would like to see him be in a The Good, The Bad and The Ugly type movie.

I agree.
One problem.
His teeth (and smile) are too perfect.
NOBODY in the 1800's had teeth like that.
Cast him as a villain similar to Henry Fonda in Once Upon a Time in the West, and I’d watch that.
Didn’t he have a blink and you’ll miss it walk on part in Young Guns? He’d have been great in that movie too!
