I think I read that funding fell through.
It's still one of the projects he wants to direct, though.

His next movie is the action/thriller Criminal - synopsis is as follows: "The memories & skills of a deceased CIA agent are implanted into an unpredictable and dangerous convict."
Costner plays the convict. The cast includes Gary Oldman, Tommy Lee Jones, Gal Gadot, Micheal Pitt, Alice Eve and Ryan Reynolds.
It should be badass.
