This is difficult since I'm a big fan of Costner but in no particular order, I'll say Dances with Wolves, A Perfect World, JFK, Bull Durham, Field of Dreams. Though I could have easily placed No Way Out, The Untouchables, Tin Cup, Fandango,Silverado or The Upside of Anger in there.

As with slews girl, I'm a huge fan, so it's tough to whittle it down, but if I had to pick right now, I'd say:
Dances With Wolves
Field of Dreams
The Untouchables
Open Range
Tin Cup

I think his best performance was in A Perfect World.
Most underrated film - Mr. Brooks.
My biggest disappointment: Dragonfly. It's not bad, but that may be my least favorite.

Just watched the extended version of DWW w/ his commentary on. Been meaning to do so forever. Masterpiece, then and now, no doubt. And learned some fun things!

5) Upside of Anger / Mr. Brooks (can't choose!)

Movies are like wine: There's not a lot you need to know, you either like it or you don't.

His character 'Jake' from Silverado is one of my all time favorites from any movie, so whatever four I added to the list, Silverado would easily be my number one.
