...then this is what the tenure of Connery as 007 should have looked like:
"Casino Royale" (1962 - sold to EON Productions and NOT the team who made the 1968 spoof) -
reflecting the beginnings of 007 during the Cold War, long before mobile phones and the Internet
"Live And Let Die" (1963)
"Moonraker" (1964) - reflecting space travel before the 1969 moon landing
"Diamonds Are Forever" (1965)
"From Russia With Love" (1967) - a permanent exit, no return in 1971
Either way: the first three movies should have had Connery performing the gun-barrel sequence himself -
instead of 'jumping' stunt man Bob Simmons!
