How is that possible? Early 2000s - present is when he was his best looking. It's not fair.

Yeah true when he was in ER he was only in his 30's he wasn't that attractive back than he wasn't that attractive in his 20's either he definitely got better looking as he got older he looks 10 times better with grey hair than he did with dark brown hair.

Maybe... but he sure got stupider... if that was possible. He should stick to reading lines that smarter people have written. He is no good at thinking up his own.
