Has he become a bit of a joke?

I heard Joe is supposed to be one of his greatest films but I haven't seen it.

Some people hate Cage alot for doing alot of action movies I think and not enough drama's like he use to. So now he is an easy target for haters.

I have liked him since 1997 so I'm not going to start hating on him. I like him in other films mostly his older stuff.

He actually admitted in an interview in 2013 that he wants to do dramas again so people can remember he can still act. That's kinda sad in away to say that because he obviously knows people talk about him all the time in a bad way or make fun of him. It's just getting old and stupid.

He's getting highly praised by his performance in "Frozen Ground" too. Not very good film, but if he's able to pull more great roles then he can get better films too.

I like him enough as an actor. His performance in Bad Lieutenant was fantastic.
