Worst example of Hollywood nepotism ever?

Subject. Cage is in fact a member of the Coppola family, who also notoriously produced Sofia as an awful actress and director.

Cage is just a joke stuck on repeat. And it's the unfunny kind too so there's that.

To his credit though, he opted to not use the last name Coppola, and instead went with Cage.

No, he's pretty awful.

7/10=good()5/10=mediocre

He's the best actor in our generation.

Have you seen the movie Joe. He was actually pretty good in that one.

That movie looked like a complete rip off of the movie Mud...even going so far as to use the same young actor. The whole title similarity, and it released a year after Mud, too. As if Cage watched Mud and went, "Nicky boy wants to do that one....make it happen" and then the Coppola legal team did.

The fact that the man still gets work after Ghost Rider is appalling...he should be run out of town.

One of them, for sure. And the whole "I didn't use my name...", right, because when you're a member of the Coppola family, no one in the biz knows you or anything, nah, they haven't bought you gifts since you were born, been to your b-day parties, you haven't been to their parties, you haven't talked to them ever, your relations never mentioned you, etc. etc. That's hilarious...and I wonder if it's even true if he didn't use his name anyway. Not that it mattered. It'd be like people pretending to not recognize Hollywood royalty that their careers literally depended on recognizing. The whole thing is as bad as Paltrow saying she had to ward off casting couch creeps...riiiiigggghhhhhhttttt.

In a non-nepotism world, Cage wouldn't have even been an extra in a porn movie with his "acting".
