Episode "Army of One". After its first airing, they reshot the scenes with a different actress and placed them into the show. (According to Wikipedia.)

I knew I saw her. All these years I thought I was going crazy! 😎

She was excellent in The Craft.

Yes. Yes, she was. She was great in American History X too, especially when she got naked.

Damn shame I'd have loved to of seen her in the Sopranos, great actress!
