so what exactly is her solution to this supposed wage inequality?

I noticed you can tell a lot by what people don't say, and I notice that people like Patricia Arquette or Beyonce or Emma Watson who keep talking about this gender pay inequality aren't going "Women are paid less than men, that doesn't sound right. Let's go to Congress with this. Maybe we should go to the Supreme Court and get a ruling on this" They don't seem to ever ask for any kind of law to be brought in that would state clearly that you can't pay men and women differently for doing the exact same job. Is it because it already exists

Every single time I hear this pay inequality stuff. I have never heard anyone give any kind of actual working solution. They just go "Look the numbers are different! There. Oppression".

So what is your solution? Do you want it to be made impossible for men to earn more money than women? Do you want the government to dictate what wages company should pay? What is it?

I have a rule at work for my employees: they are not allowed to discuss a problem with me unless they bring to the meeting at least 3 viable solutions. Keeps my desk pretty clear and people (whiners and complainers) out of my office. Also teaches them to think THROUGH a problem rather than just gripe about it. You'd be amazed..my emoyees usually come up with the best and most creative solutions.

They should talk to the government without the public knowing.

Silly OP, there is no solution. They think by bringing it to the attention of the sheep watching, that they're making a difference.

Please, you think she discussed this once at the Oscar parties she went to? Or asked the female valets are you getting the same pay as the guys.
