If women are paid less and are just as hard working as men....


...Then why would any company discriminate against them in the hiring process? That doesn't make any sense. Wouldn't they want the cheapest, hardest working employees?

What do you think the average IQ here is?

a short time later thay are knocked up and are away on maternity leave for 300 years, all paid for by the company they briefly worked at. then you have to hire someone else to cover that job while mother and baby are 'recovering'.
despite demanding lower wages, the total cost of ownership for hiring a woman works out a lot more in the long run.

It's because she has a womb. That automatically makes her better and more important than men.

Shame that the womb will rendered redundant, without male testes and the sperm that men provide. I guess that they are not so 'special' after all.
