Folks angry with Woody and not Roman Polanski?

Hypocrites.

reply

There are people who are angry with both, and those who are angry with neither, obviously.

reply

Polanski is in France or something... Out of sight, out of mind... Also, they can't get to him, or whatever...

Also, Polanski makes fewer movies so is lower in profile... A secondary factor might be that his films are better, but I don't think that really makes a difference...

Allen makes a movie every year or two, so he's in the news more often...

And all investigations of other abuses claimed by "new" victims as a result of the #MeToo sham have all resulted in no charges against Polanski and no belief of the accusers by those law enforcement agencies that have investigated the allegations.

reply

I don't follow any of this to be honest... I simply am not informed...

reply

Oh, do not bring in Roman Polanski's name here. There is a well documented and clear case of judicial misconduct on behalf of the judge and the "victim" supports Polanski. Does Dylan Farrow support Woody? I have all the transcripts and filings in this case so don't think you know more than I do. I'm not angry with either of them because neither one did anything wrong here. Allen certainly did not molest his daughter, and did not marry his "adopted" daughter. Polanski did not rape Samantha Geimer, hence her words that HE IS AS MUCH A VICTIM AS I AM. She tells people like you to shut your mouths if you think you know what happened in this case.

reply

I don't think rabies shots are as bad these days as they used to be. Good luck.

Read below *who* you are calling a hypocrite, and get ready for a surprise.

"Dear Ronan Farrow:

How would you feel if you unearthed this quote from a prominent friend of Woody Allen‘s, citing his artistic merit, as a defense in the face of child molestation charges?

“[He’s] a loyal friend, important to me, a distinguished director, important to the motion picture industry, and a brave and brilliant man, important to all people.”

Would you be outraged? Would you issue a Tweet, calling out the friend as a rape enabler? Think about it. What would you do?

The quote actually has nothing to do with your father. It appears in the probation report of Roman Polanski, written after the director had been charged with statutory rape of a 13-year-old girl. The statement was submitted by the director’s friend and colleague, Mia Farrow.

Now read it again."
