All right this cry for having more black actors in leading roles is becoming ridiculous. Are you really THAT annoyed by a movie just because there is no character of a precise skin color in a major role?? What if it just didn't even cross his mind and he just went on making movies without realising that he was using white actors? Maybe he never thought it was a big deal and tbh it wasn't until some crybabies decided to make it such a huge thing and see racism everywhere.

If this offends you, don't watch his movies. Plain and simple.

Typical whiney SJW.

Can you really imagine Allen writing for a black character? Please God, no! The working class white guy in Blue Jasmine was bad enough. It's better that he sticks to what he knows, especially at his advanced age.

Chiwetel Ejiofor was in Melinda and Melinda.

NO ONE CARES (except pathetic, whiney SJWs).

The OP's blurb begs the question: How come there are no main white characters in movies by some black directors? Answer: Probably because the story takes place in a primarily black setting where there are few whites, whether in the USA or abroad. I'm white, part-Abenaki, but do I care? Absolutely not. Do I feel discriminated against? It wouldn't even occur to me. Would I write the message boards of black movies and their directors decrying "RACISM"? No way. Why? Because I'm not a pathetic whiney SJW.

You sound pretty racist yourself, pal.
